FieldPulz ("Service") is operated by JCS Prof LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our field service management platform.

Account information: name, email address, company name, phone number.
Business data: work orders, client records, technician details, schedules, photos, signatures, notes.
Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps.
Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address.
Cookies: session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

Brevo (Sendinblue): transactional email delivery.
Hetzner: cloud hosting infrastructure, servers located in Germany/Finland.
Law enforcement: when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secured servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (EU).
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/SSL (HTTPS).
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.
Database backups are performed daily and retained for 30 days.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
After account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation, then permanently deleted.
Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access your personal data.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Export your data in a portable format.
Object to certain processing activities.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Our servers are located in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany/Finland). If you access the Service from outside the EU, your data will be transferred to and processed in the EU.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
