Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FieldPulz ("Service"), operated by JCS Prof LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FieldPulz is a cloud-based field service management platform that helps contractors manage work orders, technicians, schedules, and client communications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to certain features.

5. Free Trial

New accounts may include a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using premium features. We may modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Your Data").
We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service.
Upon account termination, you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party services, or events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings or Stripe portal.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
